Defining the world of Extreme Sport can be difficult because there are so many different activities included in this term. However, it is safe to say that almost all of them involve a high degree of speed, danger, special equipment, and physical and mental fatigue.

These sports are certainly not for the faint of heart. Those seeking thrills and those who flock to watch the intense activity and excitement these sports generate are rarely disappointed.
